Each Collector’s Enrollment Box contains personalized materials created using the information submitted with your order.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because personalized documents are prepared specifically for each student, personalized components cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect information submitted during checkout.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue.

If an error is made by THE SCHOOL during personalization or fulfillment, we will work to correct the affected item.
Collector’s Enrollment Boxes are individually assembled and prepared for shipment after your personalization information is received.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your Collector’s Enrollment Box to be personalized, assembled, and prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING
Shipping time begins after the processing period and varies based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your enrollment package has been dispatched.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. THE SCHOOL is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Each Collector’s Enrollment Box is prepared as an individual Academy enrollment package.

Your Student Name will be used to personalize select Academy documents included in your box.
Your selected House Assignment determines the House-specific materials included with your enrollment package, including your House Pin.
